What is your Returns Policy?

Since each magnet set is custom-made with your personal photos, all sales are final.

We're committed to quality, so if your magnets arrive damaged or have printing defects, we'll gladly provide a replacement or full refund. 
  

Damaged or Faulty Products

In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
  
To help us resolve the issue promptly, kindly email artsandpartsau@gmail.com with the following:
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- Order Number
- Images of the packaging and the shipping label
   
We’ll review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
    
Please note: If we do not receive contact within 48 hours of delivery, the order will be considered to have arrived in good condition.
